    Common questions

    Do you run on-site workshops?

    ResumeLab is a self-service platform, and on-site workshops are not a standard service right now. Instead we run a 20–30 minute online walkthrough for your staff or HEP team, so you can introduce the platform to students in your own programmes.

    How much does it cost?

    With a student discount code there is no cost to the institution: students pay for their own pass at a reduced price. Sponsored cohort access is priced by cohort size and access period, and we prepare a formal quotation.

    Which features do sponsored students get?

    Usually the full Career Pass toolkit: all resume templates, cover letters, ATS checks, interview coaching, salary negotiation and the job-search tools. We agree the exact package for each cohort.

    How do students get access?

    Each student creates their own ResumeLab account. With a discount code, they enter it at checkout. With sponsored access, we give you a code for each student to activate.

    What happens to student data?

    Students own their accounts and their resumes. Institutions receive aggregate adoption figures, such as how many students activated access, not individual resumes. Data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Malaysia's PDPA.

    Can it work with our existing career programme?

    Yes. ResumeLab works alongside resume clinics, career fairs and employability modules, so students can keep practising on their own between sessions.
